For local Egyptian customers

Nunizcairo will gladly accept the return of new, unused, and undamaged merchandise, within 14 days from the delivery date.

All returns must have the original, non-damaged packaging containing all original documents & extras (instruction manuals, warranty cards, hangtags, spare links, plastic protectors, etc).
Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to one of the following showrooms, along with the purchase invoice, for a return and refund to be made or to recieve in store credit.

Once your return is received by the above store, reviewed and inspected (usually within 3 – 5 business days of receipt), your refund will be processed by NunizCairo. A credit will be automatically issued to your original form of payment within 7 business days. Please note, depending on your financial institution, it may take additional 2-10 business days for your credit to be applied and posted to your account. Please be advised that the initial shipping fee incurred by Nunizcairo plus any customs or duties incurred by local authoroties , will be deducted from the refunded amount on returned orders that were dispatched via ground shipping. We will refund the purchase price of the item less the original shipping costs even if the Free Shipping option was selected

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all NunizCairo tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges, although customers outside Egypt are responsible for customs, taxes and duties.

For International Customers

Shipping expense is handled by the customer, also customers outside Egypt are responsible for paying customs, taxes and duties  (if applicable) to send packages back.
Any bank fees incurred by refund or cashback are deducted from the customer.

Damaged Box or Damaged Product: If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), please contact customer service no later than 5 business days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections. If there is extensive damage to the box, please keep all packaging, contents and
immediately contact customer service via +2 xx. Our customer service professionals may request photos
of the packaging to submit a damage claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided: Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to the additional shipping charge. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be re-shipped will be subject to a reshipping fee. If the package is returned and the customer has not contacted a Customer Loyalty Specialist the order will then be refunded back to the original form of payment.

Repeated Returns

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your NunizCairo account or future orders being refused.

Late Returns

Your purchase should be sent back to us within 28 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period may be accepted at the discretion of NunizCairo

Bags

Please handle light-colored bags carefully if you are still deciding whether you will be keeping the item. Please note that dark items of clothing can transfer dye to light-colored bags.

Limited-Edition Products

As these items are highly collectible, please only remove the protective cover and packaging once you are certain that you wish to keep them.

Gifts

To arrange a gift return, please email customercare@nunizcairo.com and we will assist you further.

Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from the date you received it. If you have owned your item for longer than this, and certainly over 6 months, then please contact Customer Care.

Colors

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on NunizCairo as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a color will be completely accurate.
